Why Net Ridge

Everything Google gives you, plus the part they don't

Buying licences is the easy bit. What costs teams weeks is the migration, the DNS, the admin policies and the "why did that email bounce" ticket at 11pm. That is the part we own.

Better value than buying direct

Partner-tier licensing, consolidated invoicing in your own currency, and commitments structured around your real headcount rather than a card charged on autopilot.

Migration handled end to end

Mail, calendars, contacts, shared drives and distribution groups moved from Microsoft 365, Exchange, legacy Gmail or IMAP — usually overnight, with a rollback plan.

Deliverability configured properly

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published, aligned and monitored. We move you to an enforcing policy in stages and report in plain English on what is authenticating.

24/7 support from real people

A named account manager, a shared escalation channel and an on-call rota. No bot loops — the person replying has admin console access and can actually fix it.

01

Migration from Microsoft 365 or Gmail

We map every mailbox, shared mailbox and distribution group before a message moves. Mail, calendars, contacts and files transfer with folder structure intact, and a delta sync at cutover means nothing sent mid-move is lost.

02

Admin console set up to your policies

Org units mirroring your reporting lines, group-based licensing, sensible sharing defaults, device rules and recovery paths — handed over as a documented configuration, not a console someone clicked through once.

03

Deliverability that holds up

SPF kept inside the lookup limit, DKIM signing on every source, DMARC rolled from monitoring to enforcement in stages. We watch aggregate reports for ninety days and flag problems before they become bounces.

04

Gemini AI in Workspace, switched on sensibly

We enable Gemini features where they earn their keep — drafting in Gmail, summaries in Docs, note-taking in Meet — with data-handling settings reviewed first and a short rollout guide so adoption isn't left to chance.

05

Local billing and clean invoicing

Consolidated invoices in your currency, purchase-order references, tax handled correctly, and licence counts reconciled at renewal so you are not quietly paying for people who left in March.

06

A dedicated account manager

One named contact who knows your domain, org units and history — plus a 24/7 escalation path into Google's partner support channel. Median first response is under thirty minutes.

How it works

Three steps, and you're on Workspace

Most teams under a hundred seats go from first conversation to fully migrated within two weeks — and the disruptive part happens overnight.

  1. Scope and quote

A short call to map headcount, current mail platform, domains and compliance requirements. You get a written recommendation and a quote.

    Day 1–2
  2. Provision and migrate

We create the tenant, build your org units, publish DNS and authentication records, then move mail and files in a staged overnight cutover.

    Day 3–10
  3. Hand over and support

Admin training, a documented configuration pack and a staff onboarding session — then ongoing 24/7 support and licence management.

    Ongoing
Security & deliverability

Mail that lands. Data that stays where it should.

Two things break trust fastest: a customer saying "your email went to spam", and a leaver walking out with a shared drive. Both are configuration problems, and both are ours to solve.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Every legitimate sending source authenticated and aligned, records kept within DNS lookup limits, and a staged path from monitoring to enforcement.

Two-factor enforced properly

2-step verification with grace periods, backup codes and security keys for admins — plus enforcement that survives new-starter onboarding.

Data loss prevention

Rules that catch account numbers, national IDs and confidential document classes before they leave the organisation — tuned to your business, not a template.

Admin controls that scale

Org units, group-based licensing, delegated admin roles, device management and offboarding runbooks — so removing access takes minutes, not days.

What clients say

The bit people remember is the cutover

Three teams who moved to Google Workspace with us in the last eighteen months.

We moved 140 mailboxes off Exchange on a Friday night and nobody noticed on Monday, except that search was suddenly fast. The delta sync caught everything sent during the window — I checked twice.

Marina KolweHead of IT, Northvale Foods

Our invoices were bouncing at two of our largest customers and nobody could tell us why. Net Ridge found three sending services missing from our SPF record and had DMARC enforcing within six weeks.

Devon AshgroveFinance Director, Callowfield Group

What sold us was the offboarding runbook. We're a lab — people rotate constantly. Removing access used to take a day of chasing; it is now a four-minute checklist.

Priya RennickOperations Lead, Ambervale Labs

Request a quote and we'll share pricing tailored to your team size, chosen edition and commitment term — quoted against your actual seat count and renewal date, with licensing and professional services listed separately.

For teams under a hundred seats, scoping to full cutover typically runs one to two weeks — but the part that affects staff is a single overnight window. We pre-seed mailboxes days ahead, then run a delta sync at cutover so anything that arrived mid-move follows across. Larger organisations are staged department by department.

No. Mail is copied, not moved — your source platform stays intact until you decide to decommission it, which gives you a real rollback path. Folder structures, calendar invitations with attendee lists, contacts and shared file permissions all transfer, and we reconcile item counts per mailbox afterwards.

The product is identical — same tenant, same apps, same admin console. What changes is everything around it: provisioning, migration, DNS and authentication records, admin policy design, staff onboarding and ongoing support, plus local billing with proper invoices and purchase-order references.

You also get a named account manager rather than a support queue, and a partner escalation path into Google when an issue needs to go upstream.

Usually, yes — it is one of the most common reasons teams call us. We start with an authentication audit: every service sending on your behalf, whether it signs with DKIM, whether SPF is inside the ten-lookup limit, and what aggregate DMARC reports actually show.

We then publish corrected records, enable signing where it is missing, and move DMARC toward enforcement in stages. Most domains improve measurably within a fortnight.

Round the clock, by email and shared channel — user and licence administration, mail routing and delivery, Drive and sharing problems, device and access questions, security incidents, and anything needing escalation to Google under our partner agreement. Median first response is under thirty minutes.
